WHY WE STARTED
The space we needed didn't exist.
So we built it.
We came to beauty through a love for detail: the way good service can change your mood, the way a space can make you relax, the way confidence can shift how you move through the world.
But too often, beauty spaces do not feel that way. They can feel rushed, impersonal, judgmental, or too focused on “fixing” people instead of actually seeing them.
Flash Laser started where our two experiences met.
For Gleb,
Laser hair removal did not always feel safe or welcoming. Even in open-minded Berlin, many studios still made male clients feel like an exception — especially when it came to full-body and intimate treatments. He had moments where he felt questioned, judged, or unwelcome at the exact moment when trust should have come first.
For Mila,
The problem looked different, but felt connected. Working inside a chain beauty business, she often wanted to give clients more time, more attention, and a more thoughtful treatment. But the structure around her did not always allow it. Standard protocols, fixed timing, and a fast-paced model made the work she loved feel too much like a conveyor belt.
So we decided to build something of our own.
